If guacd is configured to use SSL for Guacamole protocol communications between
itself and the web application (see
http://guacamole.incubator.apache.org/doc/gug/configuring-guacamole.html#guacd.conf),
the threading callbacks for OpenSSL are not properly set. This can cause
undefined behavior and connection failures when a guacd instance configured for
SSL is under heavy load.
