Resolution: Won't Fix
Configuration of SSL (whether that be for Apache or Nginx or Tomcat or ...) is
an external concern and out of scope of the web application. It's important
that SSL is configured for a Guacamole deployment, but it's not a Guacamole
configuration item; it's environmental.
