Is there any update to this defect? I see the same. Could this be related to
race condition if the rdp license server is separate from the remoteapp hosting
server, or just a race condition in general? I notice that upon first session
it will often appear in full screen but upon reconnect the remoteapp will
appear as shown as described in the defect.
The issue with this defect is that there is no way for the user to get the
application in full screen mode once the screen size has been set.
