Guacamole's terminal emulator currently supports 16 colors - 8 normal colors,
plus 8 additional colors through setting the "high intensity" SGR flag. Beyond
this, there is a "faint" SGR flag for lower intensity, which would add another
8 colors to this, but that flag is currently ignored by Guacamole.
Support for the "faint" SGR flag should be added to bring color handling into
parity with the Linux console and xterm.
