Michael Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-292:
------------------------------------------
I have a working implementation which leverages user attributes to provide:
* Full name
* Email
* Company / Organization
* Role
Only for the database auth backend for now, but I've defined standard attribute
names for the above which can thus be leveraged by other implementations.
> Add support for user profiles

> The current Guacamole data model provides for basic user information, such as
> the username and password, and rudimentary arbitrary attributes, but it lacks
> information common to most data models, like user first/last name,
> description, company, etc.
> The Guacamole interface should provide for entering user-specific profile
> information, keeping in mind that what information is important will vary by
> use case (not everyone will need to define the user's company, for example
> ... maybe others will need to define a profile picture ... etc.).
