It might make sense to do something similar to guacamole-auth-jdbc-*, where
there is a common base shared by the similar extensions, with a single manual
chapter covering its use. Restructuring the projects that way would only make
sense if there's enough overlap in the internal structure of the extensions,
though. In the case of the database auth, this was a pretty easy choice to make
since the extensions are identical in every way except for the database being
used. Not sure how clear-cut this is for SSO.
Even if there isn't enough overlap that sharing a common base would be
sensible, it may still make sense to combine the documentation into a single
SSO chapter.
In either case, my $0.02 is there should still be separate extensions for each.
A single, monolithic, SSO swiss army knife would be difficult to maintain as it
grows, not to mention separation of concerns.
