Guacamole's SQL scripts are not compatible with PostgreSQL 8 due to the use of
anonymous indices, hex binary literals, etc. While PostgreSQL 8 is EOL, a
number of Linux distributions which are *not* EOL only provide support for
PostgreSQL 8.
Guacamole's SQL scripts should be modified such that they run correctly on
PostgreSQL 8 or later, rather than just PostgreSQL 9.
