Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-386:
-----------------------------------------

Christopher,
Is there any way you can stand up another Guacamole instance running
0.9.13-incubating or the current master in from git and see if the problem
still exists there? I don't know off the top of my head what has been fixed
from 0.9.11-incubating to 0.9.13-incubating and beyond, but I'm curious if the
problem exists in the newer releases.

> Hello, we have many clients successfully using guacamole for RDP.
> However some of them are reporting that:
> At least once a day they press a key (letter or number) and it gets stuck and
> repeats. They have to close the browser window and log in again to stop it.
> There is an existing issue on the old tracker that appears to be the same.
> The users are using Windows 7 and IE 11 with a wired keyboard. They are using
> the RDP protocol in guacamole 0.9.11-incubating.
> We have asked them to try using the key event tester
> (http://guacamole.incubator.apache.org/pub/tests/key-event-test.html) when
> they next expirience the issue. We will post the results.
