The Guacamole extension system doesn't currently provide a way for extensions
to be informed that the user session is ending, or that the extension is being
unloaded due to webapp shutdown.
Adding such hooks would allow extensions to include functionality that depends
on resources which must be properly cleaned up upon webapp shutdown, such as
thread or connection pools, as well as deal with cleanup/logging tasks which
should be tied to the end of a user's session.
