Just as connection history is recorded when users connect/disconnect to
connections within Guacamole, user history should be recorded which tracks when
users login/logout to Guacamole sessions.
Besides broadening the API-level concept of history within the extension
system, this would allow administrators to audit where/when particular user
accounts are being used, as well as quickly determine which user accounts are
inactive.
