FreeRDP 2.0.0 has been built into the latest release of Ubuntu (17.04). But
seems guacamole still cannot be built with freerdp2.0 rc0 since they
significantly changed the APIs.

work with freerdp 1.1 beta? Or is the auto reconnect the only choice for now?
