The 0.9.13-incubating release included GUACAMOLE-223 which fixed the use of
threading callbacks for libssl. For much newer versions of libssl, there are no
such callbacks, hence why this would work correctly under a newer Ubuntu. The
older Ubuntu should also work fine, assuming you build the latest Guacamole
release.
