I have tested in other machine ( Windows 10 , IE Version : Version :
11.674.15063.0 ) where there are no add-ons installed. Please refer the
screenshots.[^css_loading.PNG]
Add-ons are disabled : [^add_ons_disabled.PNG]
I am getting the same issue. Developer Tool hangs and Requests multiple app.css
file from cache.
