Description:
currently ideal-state only supports partition->node->state mapping, we need to
extend it to partition->(attribute_1, attribute_2, ...) while maintains it
backward compatible. current-state and external-view should be changed
accordingly.

- ideal-state supports partition->multiple attributes mapping
- current-state and external-view should be changed accordingly
