I am creating a list of APIs here. We can discuss this over email or in today's
sync up and provide it to Jason, probably within 1 or 2 days.
- List all bulk operation jobs in the queue
(P1)
- Return details(config / context) for one bulk operation job

- Pause the bulk operation job queue

- Resume the bulk operation job queue
(P1)
* Pause and resume the job queue can be done by cancel / rerun the
top job in the queue
- Remove a non-started job
(P2)
- Add new job to the queue (optional)
