    Skip TestMultiZkConnectionConfig::testHelixZkManager test case. (#2433)
    
    We are constantly seeing this failure since upgrade to JDK11.
    This test case used to fail before also but after upgrade, it seems test 
fails
    consistently.
    
    Till we fix this issue, let us skip just two test cases.
    These 2 test cases are exercised for single-relam ZK as part of 
MultiZkHelixJavaApi.
    
    Testing Done:
    Local testing passed.
