Code0x58 opened a new pull request #2929: Raise as issue is introduced in TopologyBuilder URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-heron/pull/2929 This jumped out at me as I was flicking through the code. I didn't change `self._specs` to a dict as it seemed more risky in case someone somewhere is using it as a list. It's a trivial change though.
