rohanag12 opened a new pull request #3279: Update to Bazel 0.26.0 URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-heron/pull/3279 Bazel `0.26.0` was released recently. I think Heron is already compatible after the changes in #3265. If CI passes, can we update to the most recent version `0.26.0`, instead of #3278?
