I did notice that the nc command takes a while to timeout, so might be worth adding a -w for the nc commands to make bookie/the tools init containers(wait-for-zookeeper.sh uses nc) come up faster, but not technically a bug since they do eventually come up. I'll add a separate pull for some of the features I wanted when I get a chance.
