**Describe the bug** When running Heron UI in an environment which uses `base_url`, not all buttons work. The 3 buttons can be found here in the Javascript: https://github.com/apache/incubator-https://github.com/apache/incubator-heron/blob/cc815d85305dc0b665a2ccb42113cf7a49b1eb0a/heron/tools/ui/resources/static/js/stat-trendlines.js#L218-L220 **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Launch a topology in Kubernetes using the default `base_url` which works with `kubectl proxy` 2. Click on the topology to view the stats 3.
