issue #7142 : add hop-gui-nolog.bat for Windows GUI without console window
(#7509)
Launch Hop GUI with javaw and start so the console closes immediately.
Keep hop-gui.bat for users who want to see console log output.
Quote paths correctly so JAVA_HOME values with spaces work with start.
