* Fix double-encoded UTF-8 in Weblate pt_BR translations
Weblate re-escaped UTF-8 bytes of ç/ã/õ as Latin-1 unicode escapes
(\u00C3\u00A7, \u00C3\u00A3, \u00C3\u00B5), which Java Properties
renders as mojibake. Restore the original UTF-8 text.
