Issue #8755 : Let the mail tests call James WebAdmin without a password
(#8789)

James 3.9.1 generates a random WebAdmin password when none is configured.
The mail integration tests create domains and users without a Password
header, so those calls are rejected and SMTP then refuses the recipient.
