## Rationale Refer to: https://github.com/apache/incubator-horaedb/issues/1319, in order to facilitate development after the project was renamed, we split the dev branch. Now we need to merge the dev branch into the main branch. ## Detailed Changes * Merge dev branch to main branch. ## Test Plan Pass CI.
