It's a big PR[apology], although all the changes are related to Jira ticket HUDI-96 (job configs & com.beust.jcommander usage). My thinking process to move all the job configs into a common package, i.e. (com.uber.hoodie.configs) in sub-project hoodie-common. All configs extend basic Abstract class which has various util methods. As per me, It is now much more straightforward. Added unit test cases too.
