cdmikechen opened a new issue #705: hadoop 2.8.x miss `org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.protocol.RecoveryInProgressException` class URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-hudi/issues/705 When compiling with hadoop version 2.8, I found that there is no longer `org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.protocol.RecoveryInProgressException` in `hadoop-hdfs-2.8.4` packge. But I found that `com.uber.hoodie.common.table.log.HoodieLogFormatWriter` in `hoodie-common` import it. May be it can be replaced by a string in line 245 : ``` } else if (e.getClassName().contentEquals(RecoveryInProgressException.class.getName()) ``` to ``` } else if (e.getClassName().contentEquals("org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.protocol.RecoveryInProgressException") ```
