[~martint] Adding support for Presto 310 should definitely be possible.
Currently I am getting out the 0.217 Presto docker PR that I was working on for
sometime. Meanwhile, if you have cycles, please feel free to extend the Docker
setup to add support for Presto 310. Else I can add that next time.
