Things to fix in demo :
* Rename hoodie-hive and hoodie-hive-bundle to hivesync naming
* hoodie-hadoop-mr-bundle becomes hoodie-query-bundle
* -Materialize the incremental pull results using Hoodie datasource in spark
examples-
* Keep commands high level and logs collapsable (stretch)
* -Fix docs everywhere on bundle renames-
* Compaction changes output of sparkSQL on mor_rt
* spark-shell command changes - 2 jars (+
/var/hoodie/ws/docker/hoodie/hadoop/hive_base/target/hoodie-hadoop-mr-bundle.jar
need to define a variable), remove spark-avro
* -Getting nulls instead of real volume/prices in
