Eventually we might want to redo the bulk loading options you are introducing for JDBC and generalize those. That way, we can retire the HDFSParquetImporter tool and just use DeltaStreamer for everything.. This PR adds support for parquet source which means, people can use it to bulk load existing parquet tables
