I plan to take a full pass at this in next few days. One guidance I have is to mostly not change any content from original site in this PR.. and just stick to UI improvements. I still feel strongly about having right navigation. Its so much easier to jump to a section.. This is why ToCs are for.. For e.g: https://docs.confluent.io/current/streams/code-examples.html on this, you can easily click and go to. section of code one wants to copy-paste.. Its super useful.. So lets please bring the right nav back on quickstart, demo and reading, writing pages atleast..
