## What is the purpose of the pull request
We added newer apis to HoodieRecordPayload that takes in properties and
older ones were deprecated. But we did not fix all callers to start using newer
apis. DefaultHoodieRecordPayload has support to maintain eventtime which is not
effective if older apis were used. So, fixing all callers to use newer
non-deprecated api for getInsertValue() and combineAndGetUpdateValue()
