Not storing entire history of schemas in main commit files is good. We still store the entire history in an auxilary file (.schema/......schemacommit) which we eventually need to move to metadata storage. TODO: @xiarixiaoyao : High level, I am trying to make sure for a table that does not have any alter schema run, there should be zero side-effect. Once, I verify this, we will be in good shape to merge this PR.
