Looked at the code, seems like we do queue up the log blocks in order and for DMS/Debezium payloads we pass the right ordering field value., extending `OverwriteWithLatestAvroPayload`. So it should all work. Whats the payload used for Flink CDC? cc @danny0405 The default payload.
