Fix For: 0.5.2
{{UpgradePayloadFromUberToApache}} used to covert the package names from the
pattern {{com.uber.hoodie}} to {{org.apache.hudi}}. It's a one-shot work. Since
we have done this work. IMO, we can remove this class.
