## What is the purpose of the pull request
- Added a new config named AutoAdjustLockConfigs in HoodieWriteConfig which
will be enabled only for deltastreamer and streaming sink flow. We enable
InProcessLockProvider automatically if user has not configured one on certain
conditions.
## Brief change log
- Introduced a new config to guard auto adjust lock configs. Explicitly
enabled for deltastreamer and streaming sink flow.
- Fixed DeltaStreamer to explicitly set table type in writeConfig.
## Verify this pull request
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- Added tests to TestHoodieWriteConfig.
- Tested Deltastreamer locally for MOR w/ async compaction and ensured
auto adjustment kicks in.
