We added config to preserve commit metadata in compaction. But its not turned
on by default.
Few things to address
* Compaction should not change the original {{_hoodie_commit_time}} or
{{_hoodie_commit_seqno}} values at all.
* Enable preserve compaction commit metadata by default
* Check for backwards compatability issues.
* Verify that file name changes to new base file name.
