Description:
We may need to evaluate the need for supporting spark2 and scala 12 and
deprecate if there is not much usage.
>From the overall stats, hudi-spark_2.12 bundle usage is 2%. Among
>hudi_spark2.12 bundle usages, most usages are from 0.7, 0.8. and 0.9. 0.10 and
>above are ~ 5% among all usages of hudi-spark2.12 bundle. So, probably we can
