Yes when 0011 commit is completed, 300 minutes have elapsed. But the original idea from the beginning has been to allow some more buffer time to allow the query to finish properly. As a user, you do not want to kill a query which has been running for such a long time and might just be finishing up at the time cleaner triggers and deletes the concerned file.
