@fengjian428 can you show the `.hoodie/hoodie.properties` here after inserting data by flink, but deleting data by spark-sql. If there is the config about `keygen` in `.hoodie/hoodie.properties`, spark-sql should use this value first, but the default `ComplexKeyGenerator`.
