## What is the purpose of the pull request
This PR removes all the hudi-spark* dependencies, except hudi-spark-client,
from hudi-utilities-slim-bundle. `hudi-spark-client` is needed due to
compile-time dependency on `SparkRDDWriteClient` and `HoodieSparkEngineContext`
classes.
## Brief change log

- *Modify AnnotationLocation checkstyle rule in checkstyle.xml*
## Verify this pull request
* Ran a deltastreamer job locally with Spark 2.4.7, 3.1.2 and 3.2.0.
