### Impact
We have some integration tests w/ clustering enabled. with 50+ commits,
clustering fails where in it could not locate the files to be clustered.
Apparently the clean plans is bit off. Since we have code freeze in a day,
reverting the original commit for now until we find the right fix.
**Risk level: low **
