### Change Logs
In order to solve `msck repair` bug when disable
`hoodie.datasource.write.hive_style_partitioning`, I am designing
`RepairHoodieTableCommand`, it need to copy part of the code in spark, the
number of parameters to one function is 10, therefore I open this PR to
increase maxParameters size in scalastyle first.
### Impact
The maximum number of parameters is increased to 10
