yes, its not advisable to run just indexer to 0.9.0 table directly.Would recommend upgrading to 0.11.1 or above and enable metadata table + other indexes in metadata table. we don't have much exp w/ azure storage. but w/ hdfs, we know you could have some class conflicts.
