@Zouxxyy I see `scanPartitions` and `dropPartitions` are the major logic for `RepairTableCommand`. But both of them depends on the partition directories in FileSystem, that is not suitable for Hudi. In Hudi, even if one partition directory exists, this partition still may have been dropped before.
