I had a similar issue with Spark despite having Hadoop AWS sdk added (equivalent to `flink-s3-fs-hadoop-1.15.0.jar` you are using), and I solved it by downloading [hudi-aws](https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/hudi/hudi-aws/0.12.0/hudi-aws-0.12.0.jar) jar.
