Description:
spark call command show_compaction doesn't return the completed compaction
!show_compaction.png|width=686,height=77!
ShowCompactionProcedure:
!ShowCompactionProcedure.png|width=532,height=292!
it only filter the pending action.
while hudi-cli ' compactions show all ' command returns
!hudi-cli.png|width=1115,height=503!
