Adding benchmark for some of the write operations in Hudi using jmh
## Brief change log
- Added simple benchmarking for insert and bulk insert for hudi
Verification:
- These are benchmarking code. Need to be run manually locally. So, not
tests per se. I ran locally to ensure that benchmarking is running fine w/o any
issues.
