Description:
After adding metaserver module to the root pom, CI starts to fail complaining
not able to run tests in hudi-metaserver-server module. Running this can
reproduce the test failure: {{mvn test -Punit-tests -pl
hudi-platform-service/hudi-metaserver/hudi-metaserver-server -am
-DfailIfNoTests=false -DwildcardSuites="abc" -Dtest=TestHoodieMetaserver}}
