   Test classes under `functional` and `testutils`
   - `TestHoodieLogFormat` and `TestHoodieLogFormatAppendFailure` involves 
minicluster hence go to `functional`
   - Same for 
`org.apache.hudi.hadoop.functional.TestHoodieCombineHiveInputFormat`
