Some of MDT configs cannot be overridden by users anymore. We should remove the
configs.
Remove archival configs for MDT and align that with data table (since they are
coupled anyway)
INSERT_PARALLELISM_VALUE: is this intended to be tweaked? Similar for
COLUMN_STATS_INDEX_PARALLELISM
